Hasnt worked on my phone in months. Cost almost $300 to have it reinstalled by the person who installed the cameras. I reinstalled myself and it only worked for a few days. Really disappointed with this product

It has never worked in my iPhone 8plus. What a waste.

Its great when it works. But since the update, it freezes, loses network, sends notification of Motion detection, but when you check, there isn't anything logged. it has become so unreliable. I need this for my business. Please sort it out. I am on EE UK

Can’t access cameras through my phone or any other device except on the tv where the modem is at,,and the guy who did the installation is nowhere to He found ,

The worse software, slow, unreliable, constantly going out and system needs to be reset :( The worse surveillance system!!, i should of bought something from costco instead of this crap

Same issue here, worked for a couple of monthss and now doesn't work on wifi... is there going to be a fix ever ?

Worked great for the first couple of months. Now only works on cellular data and doesn’t work on wifi. Takes a long time to load. I’m using iphone 7.

Good app when it works. Don't work on my iPhone 6S - never has -fine on older iPhone 5, also won't work on my good old standby Samsung S3 - yeh it's an old phone but it works with everything else. Is this ever going to be fixed?

Iphone X "fix" seems to have broken again. I could access yesterday but this morning it is not working again. Please fix urgently.

Doesn’t work on iPhone X. Previously on other phones it worked well when it worked. Often it wouldn’t link to dvr until I got home and reset it

App works great when it is able to open. Not even opening or working on the iphone X. Needs an update please!
